Tellmands.in is operated by the Service Management Group and the customers can expect to spend about 5 minutes providing bone chilling feedback. Once the customers has provided the 14 digit survey code they will encounter a variety of questions in regards to their visit to Mark & Spencer. These questions will revolve around the quality of the service and the overall happiness with the purchase. Those who do not take the survey will most likely lose countless hours of sleep knowing they did nothing to help improve the customer service at M&S. Assuming the customer completes the survey in full they will receive a sweet little reward in the form of a coupon that can be used on a future visit to M&S.
